About 6.5 of the 14 hours. The first meeting point is at 7:10, the bus reaches Tuan Chau Harbour between 11:00 and 11:15, and the boat is back at the harbour at 18:00. You reach the Old Quarter again between 21:00 and 21:30, after a second break of 20 to 30 minutes on the expressway.

where is the pickup in hanoi?

At fixed meeting points, not at every hotel door. The first are on Trang Thi Street at 7:10; others follow on Phung Hung, Duong Thanh, Le Van Linh, Tran Nhat Duat, O Quan Chuong, Cho Gao, Nguyen Huu Huan and Tran Quang Khai streets until 7:40, and the last is the Hanoi Opera House at 7:45. Without the transfer you meet at Tuan Chau Marina, Block 7, at 11:00.
